Day 1 - RELAX & LEARN (8.00 - 18.30)

Retreat, relax and redirect your energy. Resisting causes blockages and hence keeps us stuck in a cycle of recurring patterns. Allowing, however, creates space for energy to flow. As we bring our minds to cultivate on loving compassion and rising awareness through Vipassana practice, the soul rises in self-healing wisdom.

The transformation process helps us grow spiritually towards peace and happiness having clarity to see the way forward and the wisdom to optimize the greatest gift called 'Life', changing course and rewrite the soul path.
